The Roadhouse on Boulder Highway
I asked my nieces Brianne Tonti and Chrissy Weems if they would take some pictures of me at an abandoned casino on Boulder Highway in Henderson, Nevada. The Roadhouse opened in 1988 and closed a couple of times until 2008 when it closed for good. The owner Robert Mc Mackin is still trying to sell it, but in the mean time, the property is just sitting there. My parents used to go there once in a while!
I think I have driven by this place a thousand times and thought what a great photo op it would be! So here are a couple of great shots!
